For the European Union (including Estonia) 20% VAT applies to CD's/ DVD's/ delivery cost / e-books and 9% to printed books.
Printed books' delivery time varies (DHL, DB Schenker, TNT, UPS).
E-books download links are automatically emailed within 60 minutes after payment (if appropriate method was chosen), otherwise within maximum 3 hours. Spam folder must be verified.
Should e-book download SSL link email not be received, the customer may use a different email address by contacting the company. Order status and details accessible by unique reference number. Each download link remains active from 24 to 48 hours.
Refund policy:
Refunds are possible within 14 days of purchase.
